As leaders, our responsibility is to pay attention to the behaviors, thoughts, and emotions of others. As influencers, we possess the capability to inspire and motivate individuals to embrace new strategies, perspectives, and positive changes. In the execution of my innovation plan, the Empower: Blended Learning Leadership Program, my goal is precisely this. Introducing organizational change presents numerous challenges, yet by adhering to the "6 Sources of Influence" and emphasizing vital behaviors alongside measurable, desired outcomes, achieving success in the change process becomes more attainable.
