It's All About the

LEARNING

5302: Concepts of Educational Technology

As I embark on my journey in the ADL Program, I have delved deep into understanding myself as a learner and cultivating a growth mindset. Through extensive research by Carol Dweck and other resources, I have made significant progress toward embracing a growth mindset and learning that true growth is in the process and that failing doesn't have to be a step backward, but the building blocks to a step forward. While my growth as a learner has been greatly influenced by my incredible networking community, it has also been enhanced by experiencing the COVA learning approach. This learner-centered approach has inspired me as a learner and as an educator, and I am encouraged to share these ideas with others.

PLAN

Having a growth mindset is crucial for achieving positive change. Click the link below to see how I intend to spread the concept of growth mindset to the District Leadership Team and teachers of NISD to help create an environment that fosters endless possibilities and opportunities.
